Adding value through being a cluster member

Has anyone talked to a customer e.g a flour mill, supermarket or maltster about growing crops on contract? Adnams brewery pay a small premium to Holkham and Albanwise in Norfolk for their provenance based on their environmental work. At my last management job in Lincs we got a small premium for supplying Weetabix - the only real condition was a lower tolerance for mycotoxins and participation in ELS. Conservation Grade seems to have fizzled out to exclusively oat suppliers to Jordans.

Before this becomes the new standard for market access, I'd like to try and make something out of this!
